For all the talk about returning actors and their completely opposite new characters, it seems Jessica Lange has retained at least one of Constance's traits.
EW reports Joseph Fiennes (SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE, ELIZABETH) is on the cusp of joining AMERICAN HORROR STORY as the head of the season two's institution setting. Fiennes' character will be the "tortured" apple of Lange's eye, as she continues to dazzle the younger men on screen.
Season two co-stars Chloe Sevigny, James Cromwell and season one regulars Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson.
