THE ABCs OF DEATH has gotten a perfectly irreverent one-sheet for the chaos it promises.
EW premiered the poster for the upcoming anthology, which features 26 of today's most exciting genre filmmakers crafting grim bite sized shorts each corresponding to a letter of the alphabet. Produced by Drafthouse Films, Ant Timpson and Magnolia Pictures' Magnet Releasing, the simply incredible roster includes Ben Wheatley (KILL LIST), Jason Eisener (HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN), Ti West (HOUSE OF THE DEVIL), Jorge Michel Grau (WE ARE WHAT WE ARE), Yoshihiro Nishimura (TOKYO GORE POLICE), AMER's Bruno Forzani & Helene Cattet, Adrian Bogliano (COLD SWEAT), Simon Rumley (RED WHITE & BLUE), Nacho Vigalondo (TIMECRIMES) and many more.
Filmmaker Kaare Andrews, who previously directed ALTITUDE, is underway on an upcoming CABIN FEVER prequel, and took part in ABCs, designed the piece. I caught a brief teaser of the film at SXSW, and if anything, it will undoubtedly and gleefully provide the barrage of carnage it promises.
