Fox has brought down the house with the new, full look at Ridley Scott's return to the ALIEN universe.
Premiered yesterday at WonderCon in Anaheim (while I, perhaps appropriately, was seeing Andrzej Zulawski's own sci-fi epic, rumination on gods, ON THE SILVER GLOBE), the latest PROMETHEUS trailer is something to behold, and also seems to be very explicitly showing its hand as more of an ALIEN connection than we'd been told.
The film is easily my most anticipated of 2012, and apparently this just killed on the big screen in California. PROMETHEUS is out June 8, and stars Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Michael Fassbender, and sees "a team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race."
