ERC has reported that our upcoming reintroduction to Leatherface, TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE 3D will now bow January 4, 2013, instead of its previous October date. Starring BEREAVEMENT's Alexandra Daddario, the film sees her character Heather travel to a small Texas town to collect an inheritance; one that includes her maniac cousin Leatherface. 

Also shifting, Shock Till You Drop reports, is the Scott Derrickson-directed SINISTER. Occupying TEXAS CHAINSAW's vacated date of October 5, the found-footage tale stars Ethan Hawke as "a true crime novelist struggling to find his next big story, who moves his family into a house where the horrific murder of an entire family took place. But after finding a box of home videos in which other families are also brutally murdered, his investigation leads him to a supernatural entity that may be placing his own family in harm’s way."
