Thankfully, Guillermo del Toro seems to be making up for lost time, already lining up his next gig following PACIFIC RIM.
Variety reports that del Toro will now also be taking the directorial reins on his previously reported producing project, BEAST, a brand new take on the BEAUTY & THE BEAST story.
Set to star HARRY POTTER actress Emma Watson, the particulars of this new take are as yet unavailable, but with the talent already on board, and del Toro's affinity for fairy tales and sympathetic creatures, we can already bet it will be all sorts of rapturous.
