No lack of quality nor profit shall deter producers from Asian horror remakes. MonteCristo Pictures have announced an American redux of the South Korean chiller, APARTMENT 1303, which will come at you in what else, 3-D. 

Ataru Oikawa's original film tells of a young girl whose chic and inexpensive new apartment just may have been the cause of her suicide. When her mother goes insane, her older sister begins a dark investigation to find the truth. The American take is being directed by Swedish filmmaker Daniel Fridell and written by Michele Taverna with STARGATE's John Diehl and Julianne Michelle slated to star.
