One of the best movies you probably didn’t see in 2011 will get much-deserved wider U.S. exposure as director/co-writer Julian Gilbey’s A LONELY PLACE TO DIE arrives on DVD and Blu-ray in a couple of months.

IFC Films (under the IFC Midnight banner) and MPI Media release the discs March 20; specs and special features, if any, have yet to be announced. Genre fave Melissa George (pictured) stars as one of a group of hikers who make a frightening discovery in the Scottish mountains and are plunged into a fight for their lives.
