Paul Davis (BEWARE THE MOON) is getting started on his first narrative feature, the holiday horror tale SILENT NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD (penned by SEVERANCE's James Moran), and he's bringing two generations of the horror community across the pond to star.

Shock Til You Drop announced that Davis has cast both FX legend (and actor/director in his own right) Tom Savini and the ever-solid AJ Bowen (THE SIGNAL, next year's incredible YOU'RE NEXT) in the film as an American father and son "who have lived in the small British town for the past 15 years."

The film sees West Sussex besieged by zombies and its residents take shelter in the local high school.

Artist Graham Humphreys, the man responsible for some very cool and notable UK horror posters (A NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST, EVIL DEAD II) has also provided the first piece for SILENT NIGHT.

Looks like Christmas 2013 will be one to remember.
