On the heels of its first poster, the teaser trailer for next year's stop-motion horror/comedy PARANORMAN is out, and it looks damn fun.
Yahoo! premiered the clip. From co-directors Sam Fell and Chris Butler, PARANORMAN sees "Norman, a boy who is able to speak with the dead, have to take on zombies, ghosts, witches and, worst of all, grown-ups, to save his town from a centuries-old curse." The trailer, set in excellent form to "Season of the Witch", seems to promise a film just as visually wonderful, possibly creepy and endearing as CORALINE (of which Focus Features and Laika also produced).
PARANORMAN features the voices of Kodi Smit-McPhee, Anna Kendrick, Casey Affleck, Leslie Mann and John Goodman. It hits August 17, 2012.
