With production rapidly approaching, Rob Zombie has been keeping his fans updated on the ever-growing cast of THE LORDS OF SALEM, and in addition to the recently-added Bruce Dern, he's announced another very welcome genre favorite.
Zombie posted today via his Facebook that Dee Wallace (THE HOWLING, E.T., HALLOWEEN 2007) has joined the film, starring as a self-help guru named Sonny. Aside from Dern and Wallace, THE LORDS OF SALEM will also see turns from Torsten Voges (FUNNY PEOPLE) as Count Gorgann lead singer of the Norwegian death metal band Leviathan The Fleeing Serpent and THEY LIVE's Meg Foster as Margaret Morgan, the leader of the film's secret coven.
THE LORDS OF SALEM sees a 300 year-old coven of witches besieging the titular infamous location of pagan activity. For more on the film, see our recent video interview with the director right here.
