Guillermo del Toro's highly anticipated monster movie just keeps the hits coming.
Variety reports that the great Clifton Collins Jr. (THE RULES OF ATTRACTION, EXTRACT, Vegan Police Officer) has joined the already solid cast of PACIFIC RIM. Written by Travis Beacham, the film is set to star Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, Charlie Day and Rinko Kikuchi in a tale of humans taking up giant mechas to fend off an alien invasion. Collins is a wonderful talent and alongside Charlie Day, seems to predict that there could be a great element of fun to the film.
