Think you’ve got the makeup chops to instruct on the craft alongside one of its masters? If you’re in the Pittsburgh area, you’ve got your chance as the Douglas Education Center is currently seeking an instructor for its Tom Savini Special Make-Up Effects Program.

The Center, located in Monessen, PA, is now accepting applicants for the semester beginning June 8, to teach the craft in the program overseen by the celebrated artist behind DAWN OF THE DEAD, FRIDAY THE 13TH, CREEPSHOW and many others. You must have industry experience and be skilled in both cosmetic and prosthetic makeup; teaching experience is a plus. Interested parties should send a résumé and portfolio photos to:
