BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER’s Charisma Carpenter and James Marsters (a.k.a. Cordelia and Spike) are going to guest star in a seventh-season episode of the CW’s SUPERNATURAL!

TV Line got the exclusive on the news that Carpenter and Marsters will be playing wife and husband in the upcoming season’s fifth episode, “Shut Up, Dr. Phil.” SUPERNATURAL starts its seventh year on Friday, September 23.

“This episode is BEWITCHED gone wrong,” reveals showrunner Sera Gamble. “[It was] all upside for this successful man [Marsters] while he was married to the witch [Carpenter], but now that he’s pissed her off, the whole town is paying the price.”

“My people called me yesterday to see if I wanted to do it,” Carpenter says, “and I’m like, ‘Yeah, I’d love to go to Vancouver in the summer!’ It’s probably one of my all-time favorite cities.”
