A fuller (and downright spooky) look at James Watkin's upcoming ghost story has debuted, and it comes with the spectre's very own nursery rhyme.
Adapted from Susan Hill's tale by KICK-ASS writer Jane Goldman, THE WOMAN IN BLACK stars HARRY POTTER's Daniel Radcliffe as a lawyer who travels to a country village and encounters the titular, vengeful spirit in the house where he’s staying. The previous teaser had already displayed some promise, but this clip seems to really bring it, with gorgeous photography, a ton of thickly laid-on atmosphere and a house full of unsettling antique dolls. It seems we're in store for a classic period ghost story, and that is wildly exciting.
On a separate note, have you read the original story? If so, should I check it out beforehand, or just wait? Weigh in below!
THE WOMAN IN BLACK hits February 3 from CBS Films. Yahoo Movies premiered the trailer.
