HUMANS VS. ZOMBIES has been a popular live-action game on
college campuses where students play out a scenario in which they have to survive
an invasion of the living dead. Now it has been reported that the battle will
be taking place in theaters this fall, as the movie version has a debut date.
Box Office Mojo has HUMANS VS. ZOMBIES (or HUMANS VERSUS ZOMBIES) down for theatrical release via Hannover House September 23—10 days after the company puts out director Brian T. Jaynes’ BOGGY CREEK on DVD and Blu-ray. Written by Devan Sagliani and Jaynes, the HUMANS VS. ZOMBIES screen story centers on a group of students who are exposed to a virus that turns them into flesh-hungry ghouls, and spread the infection to their friends and others. Conspiracy-theory-obsessed security guard Frank (Frederic Doss) winds up leading a small band of survivors to seek safety and stop the plague from spreading. The cast also includes Madison Burge, Melissa Carnell, Chip Joslin, Jonah Priour, Jesse Ferraro, Rheagan Wallace and Christine Quinn.
