PARANORMAL ACTIVITY creator Oren Peli (pictured) has found a director for a new, untitled horror film he has written and is producing, the first movie fully financed by Glen Basner’s FilmNation company.

Variety reports that Peli has tapped Brad Parker to helm the movie, which we first told you about here. The story concerns a group of friends who become stranded in a ghost town that has been overrun by nature and harbors a deadly presence; Brian Witten is producing with Peli. Parker, a commercials director and digital animation/visual FX veteran with credits including FIGHT CLUB, xXx, LET ME IN and the Fox pilot LOCKE AND KEY, also served as 2nd-unit director on the latter two.
