Because two just weren’t enough, Full Moon Features’ GINGERDEAD MAN trilogy will be released exclusively at the Full Moon website in a three-disc box set this Monday, July 25. It includes the first two horror/comedy films, as well as a pre-release fan edition of the latest, final effort, GINGERDEAD MAN 3: SATURDAY NIGHT CLEAVER.

Beginning with THE GINGERDEAD MAN in 2005, the series garnered some attention in the horror community because of Gary Busey’s appearance as the diabolical gingerbread man who becomes possessed with the soul of a recently executed killer, à la Chucky from the CHILD’S PLAY series. With a title that really takes the cake, THE GINGERDEAD MAN 2: THE PASSION OF THE CRUST was released in 2008. It picks up where the first film left off, and the Gingerdead Man resurrects himself on the set of a low-budget horror film about a killer puppet, this time riffing on the PUPPETMASTER series.
