On-line horror meets the found-footage genre in VLOG, the latest flick to explore the perils of social networking, and you’ll be able to eyeball it when it hits DVD in October.

Anchor Bay Entertainment releases VLOG Oct. 11, with an anamorphic widescreen transfer and no special features announced, for a retail price of $22.98. Written and directed by Joshua Butler, whose credits include the Clive Barker telemovie SAINT SINNER, and co-produced by Twisted Pictures, creators of the SAW franchise, VLOG is a compilation of webisodes starring Brooke Marks as “herself,” a young woman whose webcast series ends with her on-camera murder, with the film presenting the violent and shocking events leading up to her death as captured by her lens.
