The shock anthology THE THEATRE BIZARRE is getting ready to unleash all kinds of Grand Guignol-inspired horrors at its world-premiere screening at this month’s Fantasia festival in Montreal, and the first official trailer has appeared to give you a taste of ’em. Have a look after the jump!

Sporting short terror tales by Richard Stanley, Douglas Buck, Tom Savini, Buddy Giovinazzo, Karim Hussain and producer David Gregory, with a wraparound by Jeremy Kasten, THE THEATRE BIZARRE has its gala debut screening Saturday, July 16 at 9:20 p.m. (see the fest’s full schedule here). Many of the filmmakers, as well as cast including genre veteran Udo Kier (who plays the master of ceremonies in the framing story) are scheduled to attend. The movie will also have its European premiere at London’s FrightFest on opening night, Thursday, August 25. You can track back through our previous THEATRE BIZARRE stories starting here and check out its Facebook page, and also see coverage in Fango #305 (now on sale) and #304.
