Ti West (pictured) has followed up his well-received THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL with another chiller for Dark Sky Films and Glass Eye Pix, THE INNKEEPERS. His previous movies have received prestigious festival berths, and his latest is no exception.

THE INNKEEPERS will have its world premiere at this year’s South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, TX, running March 11-20. The complete schedule will be announced in early February. Set and filmed in the allegedly haunted Yankee Pedlar Inn in Connecticut, the movie stars Sara Paxton and Pat Healy as Claire and Luke, the last remaining employees in the soon-to-be-shuttered hotel, who decide to uncover proof of the hauntings. As assorted odd guests check in (including one played by STAKE LAND’s Kelly McGillis), Claire and Luke begin to experience strange occurrences that threaten to make them more a part of the place’s scary history than they’d like.
