Fango got the cast list and some spooky production art from SAW II-IV/MOTHER’S DAY director Darren Lynn Bousman’s 11-11-11, the new apocalyptic chiller based on the 11:11 phenomenon (see previous items here and here). Go below the jump for the names of the actors and pics of the 11-11-11 set designs, plus some more news on the chiller, which begins shooting in Barcelona, Spain on Monday.

Fango has learned that 11-11-11 will star Timothy Gibbs of THE KINDRED and WITCHBOARD 2 as Joseph; Michael Landes (pictured above) of FINAL DESTINATION 2 and POSSESSION as Samuel; TV actress Wendy Glenn (THE L WORD) as Sadie; DAGON’s Brendan Price as Grant; and Spanish actors Lluis Soler, Ángela Rosal, Salomé Jimenez, Benjamin Cook and Montse Alcoverro. One additional actor will be confirmed within the next few days.

To set the mood for the art featured here, the most recent 11-11-11 sent press release notes: “The film is set in New York and Barcelona; with scenes ranging from sequences that depict claustrophobic and psychological disturbing situations, to others where a more graphic kind of horror takes over as in classic horror films. [These] scenes of great aesthetic appeal reflect one of the paradigms that Bousman is seeking: ‘a reflection of the great terrifying abyss facing man, the fear of the unknown and loneliness.’ ”
