Fango got its claws on some new pics from SHE WOLF RISING, the upcoming horror/comedy starring Tiffany Shepis (who you last read about on our website here). See below the jump for some exclusive Shepis stills and the new SHE WOLF poster, plus comments from writer/director Marc Leland regarding the status of his film (last reported on here).

In SHE WOLF RISING, Shepis plays a scream queen who gets mixed up with sleazy producers, obsessed fans and a few scary situations while attempting to track down missing footage from one of her low-budget flicks. The cast also includes FANGORIA contributor Debbie Rochon, FLESH FOR THE BEAST’s Ruby LaRocca, BAD BIOLOGY’s Tina Krause and THE BLOOD SHED’s Alan Rowe Kelly, who also edited the film. BLOOD NIGHT: THE LEGEND OF MARY HATCHET’s Jeremy Selenfriend handled the makeup FX on the New Jersey-lensed semi-spoof.

In regards to SHE WOLF RISING’s current progress, Leland tells Fango, “I made a decision to add a new scene to the movie, along with some additional inserts. The new poster art reflects our new footage, which I’m very excited about. The entire movie has a new look and feel. We start the final audio mix next week.”
