HELLRAISER veteran Doug Bradley runs afoul of two different supernatural beings in UMBRAGE, a new British chiller that just got picked up for U.S. release. See the info and a few stills below.
Fango got the word from distribution/sales outfit Left Films that Grindstone Entertainment grabbed North American rights to UMBRAGE, with release planned through Lionsgate Home Entertainment next year. Written and directed by Drew Cullingham, the movie stars Bradley as Jacob, an antiques dealer who takes a stolen ancient mirror to a remote farmhouse, accompanied by his pregnant wife Lauren (Grace Vallorani) and his troubled stepdaughter Rachel (Rita Ramnani), in order to sell it to the highest bidder. What he doesn’t know is that the mirror contains the spirit of the demonic succubus Lilith (Natalia Celino, pictured below right), who soon emerges to wreak hell on Earth—and is confronted by a vengeful undead cowboy named Phelan (Jonnie Hurn, below left), with Jacob and other unfortunates caught in the crossfire. Keep your eyes here for more on UMBRAGE, check out the trailer below the pics and see the official website here and Facebook page here.
