It’s how director Sxv’Leithan Essex describes GROWL, which has begun shooting in Los Angeles and stars BATTLESTAR GALACTICA’s Katee Sackhoff. Shock Til You Drop got the exclusive look. GROWL also stars Josh Kelly, Paul Bean, Jennifer Lee Wiggins and Mark Sherman. Kiefer Sutherland is also in talks to join the production (well, he already did vampires in THE LOST BOYS). In the film, a traveling underground fight club arrives at a Colorado Rockies ghost town, where they meet the town’s only residents, the Maxilla family, who want to buy on to the fight card. But the Maxilla family’s real intentions are soon revealed in teeth and claws…
