UK horror anthology Bloody Cuts is unstoppable! Fresh off of winning top prize in the horror category of the Film Skillet Summer International Film Contest with their devilishly good SUCKABLOOD, the team is back on location working on the sixth in their 13 film anthology of shorts.

I’ve been a fan of their work since I saw their second film STITCHES, and each instalment ups the ante. Watching each film is watching a group of artists grow and continue to challenge themselves and that, in itself, is a pleasure. It doesn’t hurt that the films themselves are smart, scary and entertaining as hell, so much so they even won an endorsement from the legendary Stephen Fry on a recent round of crowdfunding. They are a true force to be reckoned with and I have no doubt we are seeing a piece of the future of English horror being built in these films.

Their latest is entitled DEAD MAN’S LAKE and the crew have just shared this location report  from the 3rd day of shooting. With a beautiful locale and a chance to do some very wide photography, I’m excited to see the results.
