I’m very pleased to bring you this film because readers of
this blog will remember I posted another film by UK collective Bloody Cuts, the
chilling STITCHES, and seeing this group grow and continue to produce great
indie horror is really what this blog is all about. Watching the next
generation of horror sprout up before our eyes right here on the internet is
something admirers and makers of film ought to be paying attention to.
And Bloody Cuts have grown. MOTHER DIED is their most mature
and ambitious film yet in just about every respect. I don’t want to give much
away because the film really is a thing to watch unfold without expectations
but watch and I think you will agree. Bloody Cuts have established a track
record now and it is rock-solid. Lovers of indie horror should now consider a
new Bloody Cuts release essential viewing.
MOTHER DIED was directed by Neil Gorton and features visual
effects from Millennium FX.

my dysfunctional psyche 140 characters long. Tweet me your films! I am always
looking for that garage Kubrick out there! Or you can email me:
Watch this space as I hope to spend some time with Neil
Gorton to talk about MOTHER DIED and working with Bloody Cuts.
Last but not least, check out the awesome poster that was done for the film:
