DEATH NOTE 3: L, CHANGE THE WORLD

Inspired by the best-selling manga Death Note, Death Note: L, change the WorLd reveals how L spends the last 23 days of his life. For his final case he takes on a bio-terrorist group, and must also save the lives of two children who have no one else to turn to. Directed by Hideo Nakata (The Ring Two) and starring Kenichi Matsuyama (Death Note).



DEXTER: THE COMPLETE THIRD SEASON (DVD & BD)

Dexter is an American television drama series that airs on American premium channel Showtime. Set in Miami, the series centers on Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a serial killer governed by a strict moral code who works for the Miami Metro Police Department as a blood spatter analyst.




THE FINAL DESTINATION COLLECTION: Triple Feature (2-disc rerelease): Warner

Not to be confused with the first FINAL DESTINATION collection that combined the first two films, or the second collection that contained the first three films... this FINAL DESTINATION collection contains the first three films again, in an effort to cash in on the upcoming THE FINAL DESTINATION.

A good deal for those looking to pick up the first three on a budget, by Fango can guarantee another FINAL DESTINATION collection when the fourth film hits DVD and Blu-Ray a few months down the road.


GHOST ADVENTURES: SEASON ONE

Afraid of the dark? Now find out why as paranormal investigator Zak Bagans and his crew, Nick Groff and Aaron Goodwin, travel from Idaho to Scotland, and anywhere in between, to scare up the most unearthly mysteries and ghost sightings imaginable. Their in-depth investigations take the team to notoriously haunted locales where they research the history of paranormal phenomena, interview eye-witnesses and then face off with the spirits themselves in this series that will chill your blood and make you want to sleep with the lights on.


ICONS OF SCI-FI: TOHO COLLECTION (Box Set): Sony

Toho, the most famous of all Japanese movie studios, first made its name in the West for the extraordinary masterworks of Akira Kurosawa. But they really struck box office gold with the wildly colorful kaiju eiga (monster movies) that began in 1954 with the original Godzilla (Gojira), the creation of director Ishiro Honda and special effects wizard Eiji Tsuburaya. Now for the first time on DVD -- and in their original Tohoscope aspect ratios -- Sony Pictures presents three Honda classics that display the enormous breadth of the Toho magic during its glory years. The H-Man, Battle in Outer Space and Mothra are presented in both their Japanese and U.S. versions. So travel back to the days before CGI, when special effects were real and the results were spectacular!


LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (2009) - DVD and BD: Universal

Of all the 1970s shockers to be remade as part of the recent wave of genre blasts derived from the past, ’72’s THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT seemed one of the least likely to be updated successfully. Without the singular, ruthless savagery of the original, which couldn’t be truly duplicated in a film intended for a 2000s mass audience, how could a new version recapture what made its source so notorious—and thus worth revisiting—in the first place?

WYVERN - Genius
